It is an adventure getting to us, and that’s half the fun.
Grindstone Island is only accessible via private boat, water taxi or a Clayton Island tour boat.
There are two public docks; Upper Town Landing in Aunt Jane’s bay (3.4 miles from winery) which allows you to dock directly at a pickup location & Canoe Point State Park (2.5 miles) which requires a 1.5 mile walk to the pickup point.

**Upper Town Landing to The Winery, takes about 12 minutes each way. Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes early, to allow for docking & walking up the hill to the bus.
** If you are coming from Canoe Point, you have to walk 1.4 miles to the pick-up point, and we offer limited rides for up to 6 guests only. You must call the tasting room to reserve at least 24 hours in advance. 315-686-3566

Departs from RJ marina in Clayton. Drops you off at the Grindstone Islands upper town landing. We will arrange a pick-up in our Baco Bus to get you to the winery.
$150/RT for the boat (6 passengers max)
